- Shipping is non-refundable.
- Refunds are permitted within 30 days from the date of purchase when accompanied by a receipt. The merchandise must be unused, unworn and in original condition as well as original container.
- Refunds, exchanges or credits are not permitted on special orders, custom jewelry and sale items
- Damage or Breakage: We never ship defective merchandise. In the unlikely event a package is damaged in transit, we ask that you first alert the delivery person of said damage. Get his name and inform him a claim will be made. Ask him to assist with the paperwork so we can better assist you with your refund. It is the delivering agent’s responsibility to deliver packages void of damage.
